Breathing Pattern Of A Healthy Vs Unwell Child

For most experience mothers, they will notice that the breathing pattern of a healthy and unwell child differ. It is from this simple function that you can easily tell if your child is well.

In the case of a healthy child, he breathes in a systematic and consistent manner, quietly at regular interval with little or no much effort. In the case a child is unwell, his breathe will be quickened and hurried and noticeable audible as there may be inflammation of the respiratory system.

This could be symptoms that the child is with a common cold or cough. Observe the child breathing pattern for possible nose blockage or a soft coughing sound made by the infant. The child need prompt medical attention once you confirm the child is unwell and immediate medical treatment is needed. The earlier the detection and treatment the fastest the child will recover to his normal healthy self.
